• This plugin started out well, but now its reporting broken links constantly, every day, for links that work perfectly.

Its just reporting “Unknown error” for all of the links it thinks are broken.

It’s actually become a pain in the backside within a week of installing it.

    Hi @ichie,

Sorry to hear plugin stopped working properly for you but we can’t find any support requests started by you in order to investigate this further and see what might be the problem.

Could you please open a support ticket by using the below link and list some of the links that are reported as broken so we can have a look at this?

It might also be worth checking with your hosting provider if they started blocking some requests since you installed the plugin. If it worked a week ago it’s possible some server rules kicked in and prevent the plugin from checking links properly.

    Best regards,
    Predrag

We didnt open any support requests.

We are the hosting company. We have changed nothing nor have anything in place that would stop this working.

One of our client’s websites has a link to their Check-a-trade profile, on the homepage and your plugin keeps alerting us to it being a 403 Forbidden:

It’s a perfectly working link that your plugin keeps reporting as broken.

If you would like to see the response code from the plugin then please do let us know.
