Featured image, site logo and site icon not showing

Good evening,

My featured image is not showing on my homepage- I try to add it to the post, publish but it does not show.
I checked all settings, deactivated all pulgins and I cannot find the problem.

Same applies to site logo and icon in the site identity section of the theme customization.

I add a problem with nextgen and even after unistalling it I suspect it is the one who caused all these problems.
