  • Try resaving permalinks at:
Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes
Some pudits say you need to click Save Changes twice.

I should deactivate Rocket until development is complete and everything is working.

No Luck. I mean logically, this is how it should work

Here are some more insights that may help point you in the right direction: https://kb.oboxthemes.com/articles/how-to-i-change-the-shop-title-to-something-else/

Still on Permalink settings, have you got “Common Settings” set to “Post name” and under Product Parmalinks, “Custom Base” should be set to: /product-reviews/
If not, what are these set to?

    At:
Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status, look for the “WooCommerce Pages” section, well down the page, you should see:
    Shop base: set to #xxx – /product-reviews/
where xxx is the page id from the url on the Product Reviews page edit page.

If its still not working, try the conflict test. Switch to the Storefront theme and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. It should work now. If not, leave it like that, in a simple state, until you can fix it. If it does work, reactivate elements one-by-one and check to try to identify where its going wrong.

    The link:

goes to your shop page so you could use that for your shop url if you don’t find a proper fix.

We’ve not seen any activity on this thread for a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully the above info was helpful.
