Grant temporary access to support agent bypass two factor auth.

Hi all.

I have installed a plugin called ‘Temporarely login without password’.
So i’ve made a user in it and then it generates a link where the support agent clicks on, and he can login to my dashboard without giving in a username or password.

Unfortunately Ithemes Security blocks this and asks for an authentication method.
How can I ‘disable’ this for this specific made user?
I only can find something to whitelist an IP address, but that’s not what I need because they are several support agents.
