• Hi, I have an image that is locked into every old and new post that I make through WordPress. I deleted the image in the media section but it didn’t do anything. It’s not shown as a featured image so I can’t remove it from there either. The image is from when I created a blog post (that I later removed from the site) and it’s been stuck on my site since then. Any help would be appreciated.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    *was the “default image” possibly inserted using a plugin or page builder (i.e. Elementor?) https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/elementor/

    *is this the URL that previously was associated with the “default image”?
    https://ucp-inc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/bangladesh-cap.png

    *the class that might be associated with the “default image” seems to be “elementor-image” (plugin/page builder related)

    Hi @contentiskey
    The image was inserted with Elementor, however that’s how I usually insert images and have not experienced this issue before. Maybe I can find a similar issue within the link you shared. I went through Elementor before asking the question but couldn’t find any place where the image would be inputted.

    And yes, that’s the URL associated with the default image.

    *try this too:
    install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme might help narrow down the source of the issue
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

    *have you used any other plugins that might possible be involved (something like this https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/default-featured-image/)

    *What I see when I use developer tools in Chrome browser:

    <div class="elementor-element elementor-element-5ae1814 elementor-widget elementor-widget-theme-post-featured-image elementor-widget-image" data-id="5ae1814" data-element_type="widget" data-widget_type="theme-post-featured-image.default">
    <div class="elementor-widget-container">								<div class="elementor-image">												<img src="https://ucp-inc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/bangladesh-cap.png" title="" alt="" data-lazy-src="https://ucp-inc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/bangladesh-cap.png" data-ll-status="error" class="entered error"><noscript><img src="https://ucp-inc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/bangladesh-cap.png" title="" alt="" /></noscript>														</div>
    						</div>
    				</div>
