images not loading issue in <img html tag after importing posts from CSV file

I have some posts in a CSV file which has images inside the posts. I am trying to import those post thorough a CSV file in WordPress.
html code in the CSV file is similar to this.
<img alt=””””

I can see the correct code in posts but images do not load.

Please can somebody help fix the code. I an edit the code in notepad++ later on.
