Help please. Chrome not seeing converted wepb images

Thank you for your wonderful plugin. It works great and generates the necessary webp (I see it on ftp). But the site is not loading them and using them (I see it in the developer tools Ctrl+R in Chrome). The size of pexels-leah-kelley-3722186.jpg.webp (72 kb) saved instead of the original pexels-leah-kelley-3722186.jpg (213 kb), but when saved from the browser it is saved as pexels-leah-kelley-3722186-1024×1536.jpg and I see JFIF in the file body. The necessary rules from help to htaccess have been moved. Please help me to understand – what is my mistake?
P.S. I was testing alternative plugin and there rewrite rules worked fine (now they are cleaned everywhere) and correct *.jpg.webp was loaded in browsers which supported the format and just *.jpg in old browsers.
Please help me figure out what the problem is on the site side, here or in correspondence.

Very thanks. There is no caching plugin. And I deactivated all plugins except WARP.
Redirect section/rules is at the top of .htaccess file.
I created a new post and this is what I get.
In Chrome after Ctrl+F5 I see https://disk.yandex.ru/i/wHNINn-xQ5HTvg
It is jpg type and jpg size is 72 Kb and IMG_9713-1024×682.jpg.webp on ftp is 45 Kb.
Firefox, Edge and Opera also opens the original compressed https://printiq.ru/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/IMG_9713-1536×1023.jpg (that’s what it shows if you open the image in a new tab). Can you help?`
