    Please note we are not affiliated with MailChimp.com. We are a different company “ibericode” that develops plugins such as “MailChimp for WordPress”. I’m sorry to tell you I am not able to help you with this question as it is not related to our plugin. My advice to you is to contact MailChimp.com as they would be the best people to answer any query related to your MailChimp.com account.

    You can contact MailChimp.com through https://mailchimp.com/contact/support/

    I hope that helps. If you have any queries specific to our plugin please let us know!

    We recommend using the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC validation tool to see if your DMARC policy is affecting unsuccessful email delivery.

    When the tool is open, type your domain into the provided field and press the “Enter” button.

    Your DKIM, SPF, and DMARC values will be displayed. You’ll also get ideas on how to handle with any problems that arise. When using the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC validation tool, a failed DMARC check can look like this:

    “”You have a p=reject or p=quarantine DMARC record and you have not setup DKIM. This means all your mail from ActiveCampaign will most likely bounce unless you have successfully setup DKIM. Either setup DKIM for this domain, or change the policy in your DMARC record to p=none””

    `Your DMARC record is as follows:

    p=reject; v=DMARC1″

    You can repair the problem by doing:

    Temporarily change your DMARC record with your DNS to have a p=none policy
