  • Hello @manjuhinduja,

Do you use any cache plugin?
Here you can find a description what can cause the issue:
    https://www.trustindex.io/frequently-asked-questions/#widget-box-does-not-appear-unless-i-am-logged-in-to-my-wordpress-page

If the above solution does not work, send me the plugin Troubleshooting tab content. You can find it at the top right corner of the plugin configuration page.

Thank you very much, I don’t know what happened but it came up on my site after few days.
but I noticed another problem and have not found a solution.
on desktop the website is fine, but when i view my website on the mobile below is the problem listed… dont know what to do.

The home page has menu and cart , but when i go to the review page am unable to see the menu bar and cart. Its invisible but there, if you go and tap on that point it shows up.

    Any suggestions here?
    Thanks a lot!
    Regards,
    Manju

What type of editor are you using?
Try to delete the whole block of the widget. Add a new block: maybe something like “text block”. Insert the shortcode there.

    Let me know the results,
    Tom

    Dear Tom,

    1. using wp free version
    2. theme is ocean wp.
    3. I use elementor too.
The menu was created from the tab appearances on wp.
I am not a pro here, built my site step by step learning from Udemey class. ?? A complete novice here when it comes to coding. I do a cut and paste job if asked to do it ?? .

I probably will take help from a friend who knows how to.

the hamburger menu and shopping cart is invisible the review page and contact page.
Shall keep you posted about this.
Thank you for the support, appreciate it a lot!

    Regards,
    Manju

There is a post about inserting widgets with Elementor:
