home page show diffrent

hey,
i recently make a WordPress website on google cloud
everything is good until now
but after I linked my google domain’s domain with the website on google cloud
when i visit the main site as a logout user i see page that i don’t have

but when i visit it as admin
everything is okay

so where is the issue ?
ps: all pages work fine for logout users except when visiting frontpage
i cleared the cash and restart ls
