    Hey I′ve got the issue that the shipping address is not transferred from paypal. When redirected to paypal it isn′t actually possible to choose a shipping adress from paypal account. Isn′t the sense of express checkout to skip tipping in the shipping address?

    Hope to get an answer from support..

    The Smart Button from the non-checkout pages like the single-product page, cart, or mini cart allows the customer to transfer their PayPal shipping address to the WooCommerce checkout page. After closing the PayPal popup window, the user should be redirected to the checkout page with all of the fields populated.
    Do the fields remain empty for you, or what happens then?

    The smart button on the checkout page requires the checkout fields to be populated before confirming though. Currently, empty fields do not prevent the PayPal popup from opening but this will be addressed in an upcoming update.

    Hey Niklas,

    thanks for the fast reply. No, unfortunately there is no address transferred from paypal to woocomerce checkout, only Name and Email address.

    Hi @sebdemb,

    Thanks for the info.
    It seems rather unlikely to me, but ruling out a potential conflict by activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments is usually a good first step.
    Have you also tried it with a different PayPal account like a Sandbox to rule out an account-related problem?

    Hey Niklas, I deactivated all Plugins and changed to Storefront, but this isn′t causing the issue.
    The thing is, that it isn′t even possible to choose an address in Paypal, when redirected. Screenshot
    I already tried with different Sandbox accounts as live accounts, always the same issue.

    I could give you login credentials to a staging site, where you can work on that issue?

    Hi @sebdemb,

    I can only reproduce this behavior with a brand new sandbox account that has no address on file. But once it has an address saved, it is also transmitted correctly during express checkout.
    Could you please send us a message with a copy of your system report from here?:
