    Hello @deucedog22,

I checked your site and I can see that the SSL certificate for your site (which r=got reported as failing in your initial message) seems to be okay, which is good news.

However, there is a problem with the xmlrpc.php file, which is the endpoint that connects your site with Jetpack. Jetpack requires access to a file name xmlrpc.php. This file can be found here:

    https://pupprintsportraits.com/xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack

At the moment, it’s returning a Not Acceptable error, while it should look like this example:

    https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack

Problems accessing xmlrpc could be due to another plugin or a security module on your server. Try temporarily deactivating your other plugins to see whether that fixes the issue. If not, then contact your host to see whether they block xmlrpc; it could be due to some settings at their end, or something that is not well written in the code.

Let me know how you get on. Thanks!
