Coupons do not show up during checkout

    Coupons do not show up on checkout. They used to, but we changed domains and reinstalled and the coupons simply do not appear at the checkout as they used to. Can’t believe a plugin as large as this one and this is the only channel for support.

    Hi @afreshup,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The basic version of our plugin offers the option to add the available coupons to the “My Coupons” page only. You can achieve it by enabling the checkbox present in the coupon edit page as shown in the screenshot.

    Presently, displaying the available coupons on the checkout and cart page is only available in the premium version of our plugin. Thanks for understanding.
