Add do follow to links

Hy!

I want all of the sponsored external links to have do follow attribute (i want to select them in the editor!)
and all of the other links to have nofollow.

If i activate this plugin, i can set all external links to nofollow, but if i want a do follow link in an article i need to add to the excluded links (in the plugin settings) and this is time for our editors to do that. So that why am i asking.

Can you have a solution for this?
