Can’t access dashboard or log in.

I attempted to change the front page on my site to a page. In the general settings. I wanted the “index” or “home page” to be a page. I changed it and now the page looks as if the theme has disappeared. When I scroll down to “Log in” I get the same page with this URL :
https://triviafrog.com/?page_id=295/wp-login.php.

If I delete the ?page_id=295 segment of the URL I do get a log-in box. When I type admin and the password to the box it sends me again to that page.

How can I get back to my dash board and fix my dumb mistake? I am hosted elsewhere (not wordpress) I am fairly familiar with my file manager.
