• I bought the plugin with high expectations, but I end up really disappointed, the support is almost nonexistent , they don’t answer the emails. The plugin didn’t function well on my site and since I got cero support to get it fixed, I request a refund, but they just ignore my messages.

    Sorry for any delay in response. I have checked your premium support tickets. The support team replied to your every ticket for the last two months. Sometimes delayed in response due to Christmas and NewYear holidays. Because everyone was busy in holidays with families. Hope you understand.

    it has been 1 month 2 weeks an I still have no support or any kind of contact, did your company disolve or what is going here ? this almost feel like a scam
