I have been trying to run Updraft backups and I keep running into the same block. I freezes when it get to the wp_yoast_seo_links. The log states that the tables are missing the wp_ prefix but after reviewing the table in phpMyAdmin all tables are “wp_” prefixed.

    0004.135 (0) Table wp_yoast_seo_links: finishing file(s) (2, 1.8 KB)
0004.136 (0) Skipping table (lacks our prefix (wp_)): xmlsitemap
0004.137 (0) Skipping table (lacks our prefix (wp_)): xmlsitemap_sitemap
0004.138 (0) Skipping table (lacks our prefix (wp_)): yoast_seo
0004.138 (0) Errors occurred whilst backing up the tables; will cease and wait for resumption

    Hi,

Can you please try resetting our indexables in the database tables by following the steps below?
    1. Install & activate the?Yoast Test Helper plugin
    2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test
    3. Locate the Yoast SEO section and click on the ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations’, ‘Reset Prominent words calculation’, and ‘Reset Internal link counter’ buttons. After each click, the page will reload to confirm that each reset was successful. Note: Resetting the optimization doesn’t undo any of the hard work you’ve put into the plugin as the SEO data is also stored in WordPress’ default tables. It’ll just reset the custom Yoast tables that contain the combined data pulled from those default tables.
    4. Go to SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “Start SEO data optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your?content.

After completing the SEO data optimization process, could you then check if you are able to run the backups?

I did all that and it did not help.

    Hi,

Without investigating your website and taking a closer look at this, we’re not sure why Updraft is reporting that the wp_ prefix is missing when you’ve checked the database tables and have confirmed this.

We recommend that you try creating a new staging site from a fresh installation with a default WP theme and only the Yoast SEO plugin and check if you are able to create the backups from Updraft from that test site without any issues. If you are able to create the backups without any issue, it’s likely something local to your current setup.
