Thanks for sharing your system status and error logs.

It sounds like the issue here somehow is related to one or more of your third-party plugins not being written to work well with persistent object caching like Memcached enabled on your Siteground host.

Can you disable Memcached? If you need help with this I’d recommend reaching out to your host’s support.

I actually already read those topic while doing my research. I went to confirm and I never really had the Memcached activated, only the Dynamic Caching of SG Optimizer Plugin. Should I turn it off as well? Or is there anything else I should try?

Yes, it is best to disable caching from your SiteGround Optimizer plugin and make sure no caching is enabled on the server. SiteGround host’s support should be able to confirm this.
