Woo commerce deactivate?

My question is do I download woo again? Will my shop still be there if I do that?

If the WooCommerce plugin is found under WP-Admin > Plugins, you can reactivate it there. If WooCommerce isn’t there, then you’ll have to download and activate it. Once WooCommerce is activated, your orders and other WooCommerce related info should come back.

However, it sounds like your site had a conflict issue with core WooCommerce. Conflicts with WooCommerce typically come from your theme or other plugins. So I’d recommend switching your theme to Storefront, deactivate all plugins first, and then activate WooCommerce.

Yes my host server already said it was a conflict with woo commerce so I don’t need to test.
The plug in is there but deactivated. I didn’t want to reactivate it as I assume the same thing would happen.
So I was going to delete and download again – you think everything would come back as was? (I guess I have back up if not) eeek.

If you deactivate and delete the WooCommerce core plugin no data will be removed from the database. That would require an additional step – https://woocommerce.com/document/installing-uninstalling-woocommerce/.

You can simply remove WooCommerce and install it again from this URL https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/woocommerce.6.1.0.zip.

Can you disable all plugins except WooCommerce and change the theme to Storefront? Do you see the shop page?
