  • Hello @estebanip,

Please provide some info on the plugins you have?

We didn’t provide any upload field function. Since you are using the third-party plugin, would you please contact your third-party plugin author? Maybe they have a solution that we are not aware of.

Also, we need to check the issue you have raised on this topic. Can you please provide us with some screenshots or short video + live URL, and images of the errors you faced step by step?

You can upload your files to one of the following online services:
    https://postimages.org
    https://imgbb.com
    https://www.loom.com
    https://drive.google.com

    Best Regards

I leave the solution to the problem in case someone else has the same thing.
It’s a simple customization menu setting.
The problem has to do with the Ajax function (woocommerce/individual product/Activate add to cart with ajax) that, when activated, does not send the attachments that some plugins add to the cart.
In my case the plugin is “WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options”.
Thanks for your attention, you were right, the problem was not caused by the theme.
    Receives a warm greeting.
