    While processes have been drastically simplified (compared to say, 10 years ago), building websites is still a complicated task. And in your case where you’re dealing with multiple companies and tools, things can be daunting sometimes even for the very experienced geek.

    Let’s see if I can point you in the right direction.

    First, it seems you purchased this “WordPress Business Account” from the website WordPress.COM. You’re currently at www.ads-software.com. These are two different websites and organizations!

    (To confirm this, I’ll kindly ask that you check your credit card statement. Also, check the email(s) you received after the purchase. You’ll see likely see WPCHRG.COM on your credit card statement, and your purchase confirmation emails likely come from WordPress.COM.)

    So you’re on the wrong website!

    WordPress.COM, the website and company you made your purchase from, has various support options here: https://wordpress.com/support/contact/

    As you’re paying a customer, I’ll suggest you use the second option on the page: “WordPress.com Customer Support — I need customer service for a paid site hosted at WordPress.com” so their customer support team can check your site and help resolve your issue.

    I’m sure they will resolve this issue for you quickly.
