Missing Customer/User Account

    A customer emailed me that they cannot log into their account. They have purchased several times from us and wanted to download their ebooks that are in their account. When I pull up user accounts, there is not one for them, when I pull up customer accounts in woocommerce, there isn’t one for them. I can pull up their orders and see wheat they purchased. This has happened before to some other customer about 2 months back. These 2 accounts were some of the first on this website back in 2017. When I create a customer list, they are on this list but there is no username and the account is showing that their account is not active.

    Any help would be appreciated, Lori

    Hi @karamatww,

    If you are sure that your customers have placed orders as registered customers and not as ‘Guests’, but you still cannot find their user profiles, you have either deleted them or they’re no longer found due to a corrupted database, or there is an ongoing conflict on your site.
