smoother load possible?

Currently the loading of the age gate is clunky and looks really bad. Every time it first shows the background color with the text, and then after a significant delay it adds the background image and logo. The images are very small so the length of the delay seems disproportionate.

Is there a way I can make it fade in all of the content at once?
