Absolute scam – avoid

  • Absolute scam. The software started crashing my website after an update (confirmed that it was this software by web hosts). After asking for diagnostic data which I sent they stopped communicating and responding to emails leaving me with software that simply doesn’t work. Because it was outside their bare minimum 14 day guarantee they refused to give my money back and even a chargeback wouldn’t work because of this guarantee period.
