    Hi there,

    5.9RC3, List view overlays link control UI and rich URL preview.

    Step-by-step reproduction instructions:
    1. It will be easier to find it if your browser is less than 1300px wide.
    2. Display the list view in the edit post.
    3. Type some text in paragraph blocks.
    4. Set a link to the keyword at the far left of the text.
    5. You will see that the link control UI is now hidden below the list view.
    6. After setting the link, you will see that the rich preview is hidden below the list view.
