Quantcast configuration

Hi, We are using Quantcast with AMP but we can configure only 4 fields.
We can’t select the language or the privacyMode.

By default the plugin insert this code:

But the plugin only use
quantcastAccountId
hashCode
publisherCountryCode
publisherName

How can we change the lang_ and privacyMode values?
