I see you are using a caching plugin, WP-Polls doesn’t work well with caching plugin.

Isn’t it an ajax-based plugin? Why would page caching cause issues with a feature that is loaded with AJAX? It’s weird that it seems to work most of the times, but some of our users are reporting issues (“failed to verify referrer”).

I encourage you to provide a fix for it, because many users might have this problem and not be aware of it. Any serious website with a considerable amount of traffic rely on caching.

Otherwise, please put a note in the plugin homepage, uppercase, stating that it doesn’t work with caching, as this is a show stopper.
