Access Denied Redirect for direct URL request not working

    Thank you for the excellent plugin.

    I think I have got my head round the configuration, but I have a question about restricting direct URL access to some media files.

    I have both the AMM and AAM Protected Media File plugins installed. Note the 2nd plugin says it has not been updated for two years and has not been tested with WordPress 5.8.3 which might have a bearing on the problem I am having.

    I have added the relevant code to my .htaccess file.

    I have set some media files to restricted for visitor access in Posts & Terms > Media.

    I have set The Access Denied Redirect for visitors to a specific page on my web site.

    When I try to access one of the restricted files with a direct URL without logging in, I expected to be redirected to the relevant web site page. However, in Firefox, I just get a blank page and in Chrome I see:

    This page isn’t working
    If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
    HTTP ERROR 401

    I am not sure if it is something that I have not configured correctly or an incompatibility with my version of WordPress.

    Apologies, I was going through the settings again and discovered I had disabled the Content Settings > Invoke Access Denied Redirect in an earlier session and I had not re-enabled it.
