Check mark disappear

    Please tell me if this is a bug or I did something wrong.
    (see the pic from the link)
    The check box (“Load GTM container as early as possible”) remain unchecked even I click it and save.
    Also, I entered the custom domain name for server side tracking but it disappears after saving settings.
