The Twitter feed is working. I just tested it using GoPro’s Twitter account, you can see that it is displaying the most recent posts.
There was a recent issue with the Twitter API, as it was not displaying some images/videos associated with the Tweets. Our developers addressed this issue, but it only applies to pubic content (i.e. if the image and/or video is private or protected, the image will not come across with the tweet text. This also applies to some Instagram images in the tweet via Twitter’s API).
All that being said, please make sure that you are running the most recent Feed Them Social version (currently 2.9.7).
After updating the plugin, you may need to generate a new shortcode, replace the old shortcode and then clear the FTS cache so that the changes can take effect.
If you are already running the most recent FTS version and are having this issue, then it’s possible that another plugin or theme may be interfering. Try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating them, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.
If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.
