Featured image not appearing

  • I have a custom post type, the featured image works in our blog post type however in our ebooks page, it shows the placeholder instead of the featured image whats weird is the code shows it calls the featured url just like it does with the blog page. and it is pulling the right link but not overriding the placeholder image.

  • Looks like it’s a theme issue. Please install any WordPress default theme and check if a custom post type is showing a proper featured image or not.

    – If it shows the correct image then contact the theme support for help.
    – If it doesn’t show the correct image then check if you have any featured image plugin or any relative plugin that can override anything with a featured image.
