    Hello,

This is my problem: some customer bought a product that was out of stock. So the stock went from 0 to -1 or -2.
My out of stock threshold is at 0 and back ordering is disabled with all products.
This happened when I posted a new arrival of product and a lot of people jumped on it.

It caused me a lot of trouble to reimburse dissatisfied customers.

I saw that this issue has been around for years. Hasn’t it been resolved?
    Have you found any solutions?

    I use DIVI theme builder.

Thanks in advance for your return.

  • Hello there,

Go to WooCommerce > Products > Edit the product that is having the issue.

Under Product data go to Inventory Tab. Please share a screenshot of that settings.

You’d also want to perform a conflict test:
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know if this makes a difference.

I am having the exact same issue with multiple products in my inventory. Even though I have “Do not allow backorders”, there are some products that are -6 in inventory!!! Also using Divi theme builder.
