ProVersion doesn’t work

Been spending a week trying to get Updraft Pro to work. It doesn’t copy the database. The source has 99 tables. The destination is only copying 16. I’ve contacted PAID support on their website and this has gone over a week. They keep giving me work arounds and not solving the problem. David Anderson is a man of integrity so I wonder if he is not involved anymore. Switching to another PAID plugin soon.
