    Hi,

just experimented around with the plugin, however, I have probably ran into a little bug. When I set min price for zero or leave it empty, I’ll get an ‘Custom Price is a required field’ error when i want to add product to cart with that 0 value. If I enter a second zero and the field has ’00’ in it, then I can add it successfully. Is there a way around this?

    thanks
    Rajoe

    Hello @elextensions

just updated it to 1.2.2., and now it does not even work with “00”, and still gives the same error for “0”, no matter how I play around with settings ??

    regards,

    Hello @rajoebass,

Sorry for the inconvenience. A new version is released with the feature update. In the latest version, the plugin will allow setting 0 as the min value. Also, the plugin will not restrict the user to proceed if any value is entered in the front end. Kindly update the plugin version to 1.2.3.

    Thanks

I have version 1.2.3, which I just downloaded now.

I am afraid I still get “Custom Price is a required field” on all my products once the plugin is installed. Deactivating stops this.

I would rather not go through them all setting values especially when I only want this feature for one product.

There does not seem to be an on/off switch (which should be Off by default.

I’ll stick with this if it can be switched on (checkbox?) for chosen products.

    Many thanks.

    I’m having a similar problem @petemason2019.

Only my custom price item seems to be working, all others give me that error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hello @yabeotnigol, @petemason2019,

Thanks for trying out our plugin. You can set the minimum price, label, description, and hide price options exclusively for some products from their respective product pages. Other products will be eligible for the minimum price you have set globally on the plugin dashboard.
Kindly go through this article that explains how to set up the custom price on product level.
    Hope that helps

    Hello @elextensions,

just wanted to drop a thank you as it this has been resolved on my site – upon cleaning up plugins, updating everything, and setting your plugin from the ground up again, it seems to be working as expected, I can now add products with the zero value in the ‘name your price’ field. Thanks for the quick update and sorry for the late reply.

@yabeotnigol, @petemason2019 Might be worth checking out other active/disabled ‘name your price’ type plugins and removing them completely before setting up ELEX, it seems they might interfere with each other.

    cheers

    Hello @thehearttribe,

Thanks for trying out our plugin. Hope you have tried the solutions we have suggested. Also please read through this article. Let us know if you are still facing any trouble.

    Hello,
I installed the plugin and have the same issue ‘Custom Price is a required field’ on all products in my eshop except the one with Custom Price.
All my other plugins are up to date and website works well, until this plugin is installed. There must be a serious bug in your plugin, unfortunately which collides with lots of websites.

    Hello ELEXtentions,
I want to give a big thumbs up for this plugin. The only challenge I noticed with this plugin is it conflicts with other plugins that allows you to do other functions like
    redirect straight to checkout, and
    remove some check out fields.

Is there a way I can have the 2 functionalities described here whiles still using your Name Your Price plugin? Otherwise, that is where the error of Custom Price, required field shows; similar to what others facing.

Hello @iworksgh, Could you please confirm the plugin you are using for the functionality of removing checkout fields and redirecting straight to the checkout page?

We will check the compatibility from our side and let you know.

    Thanks
