Hotspots: popup disappears so fast on hover

    Hi, I have a problem with hotspots and the information popup that they display while mouse is on hover them.

    When I put the mouse over the hotspot (hover) a popup (modal) with information appears and when I try to move the mouse over this popup (modal), sometimes it disappears so fast (if i don’t go strictly straight up).

    Is there any way to make this popup not disappears so fast if the mouse way is not just strictly straight up?

  • Hi @surfeatuvida ,

    We had a look at your tour.

    Apparently, if you move the mouse cursor anywhere else from the hotspot or the popup (modal), it will close down.

    However, if you keep the mouse cursor within the hotspot or move it to the popup (modal), it will stay open.

    Since it’s a new feature request, you can add it like “Keep On-hover Content open for 5 seconds” in the Ideas section of our roadmap here: https://rextheme.com/wpvr-roadmap/

    If more of our users are interested in that feature, we may decide to include it in the plugin.

    You’re also welcome to add or upvote other feature requests as well if you have any.
