please contact the support team for the company providing the webhosting services (ipage?) to see if your plan is fully set up.

Hi @onyxstone21 ! It looks like there’s HTTP 500 error which means Your server is having some kind of issue with the internal configuration . It may happen because of missing files , wrong .htaccess or server configuration files.
You can access your website via FTP/SFTP and remove/rename .htaccess and try logging in again . After logging in to the admin panel Go to Settings > Permalinks and click on save changes , it will generate a fresh .htaccess file for your website .
Kindly let me know if that helps

    Thanks,
    Proloy

    hi @onyxstone21

When you hit an internal server error it usually means some parts of your web server is not configured correctly or the application is trying to do something and the server is failing to carry out the request due to a conflict or restriction. This error can only be resolved by fixes to the Web server software . It is up to the administrators of the Web server site to locate and analyse the logs which should give further information about the error. However, there are often ways to quickly get around the problem:

    1. Backing Up Your Site
    2. Server permission
    3. Server timeout
    4. Script timeout
    5. Errors in .htaccess files
    6. Check the Error Logs
    7. Clear your browser cookies and cache
