    Hi there,

I am currently using the Woo discount rules premium to create a Buy X Get Y discount.
What we want to create is a ‘Buy 2 Get The Cheapest One Free’ recursive discount. (Specific to the ‘Bed Linen category’ only)

However, we are facing an issue because the 2nd Product (which is supposed to be free), reflects a $0 Pricing but it’s subtotal still shows the original sales price. This leads to the Total Cart Price being wrong too

Appreciate your kind assistance for this matter!

  • Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshots.

Can you please give it a try by enabling “Do you have custom prices set using another plugin or custom code?” from our setting tab.

This setting might be helpful when you have custom prices for your product set.

Hope this helps in resolving the issue!

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thank you very much for your attention on this matter.

Unfortunately, after enabling the “Do you have custom prices set using another plugin or custom code?” setting, we are still facing the same issue. The calculations works sometimes when there are 3 or more Bedlinen items in the cart. However, it does not work when there is only 2 bedlinen in the cart.

    Appreciate your assistance.

    Thank you!
