Custom post type shortcode help?

Hi there! We are using UltimateMember for our subscribers and IdeaPush Pro for an idea board where our subscribers can submit product enhancement requests. We’re using BNFW to keep track of the notification emails. The emails are working great, but the IdeaPush and UltimateMember shortcodes aren’t generating in the emails (screenshot).

I do have “Enable Content Shortcodes” enabled in the settings. Is there something else I need to do to get custom post type shortcodes to work?

IdeaPush ideas are set up like a custom post type, here’s their notification email shortcodes. As for UltimateMember, I was just pulling the shortcode from their registration form.
