Cannot remove package with errors

    Hello,
    I have a package which shows errors. This resulted from an incomplete build. Subsequent packages work fine. I cannot delete the package with errors – nothing happens when I try to delete it.
    How can I remove the incomplete package?

  • Hey @srujanika,

    Try these options:

    1. Goto Settings > Advanced > Reset Packages and see if that helps
    2. Remove and reinstall the plugin (if you won’t want to do that then try #3)
    3. Open your database tool (phpmyAdmin) location the duplicator_packages table and remove the row where the package is not getting removed.
