Contents (h1-h6) that starts with numbers

    this table of contents does not link to sections that its heading starts with a number.
    if contents (headings) starts with number like 1. Ethiopia or 1)Ethiopia or 1Ethiopia it’s not links to that section, but it lists on the table of contents.
