Image Block Positioning

  • When I try inserting an Image block into the new theme under the Editor, the option to position the image left, right, or center is missing from the options. I only have “Insert Link”, “Crop”, “Add text over image”, “Apply duotone filter”, “Add animation”, “Apply filter” and “Replace” but no option for positioning even in the extra Block settings. Am I just completely missing it?

  • Mhhh… maybe you can create a row (i think it is called “row” in english, i use it in german) first, place the image inside and then aligne the row.

    Hi there! Can you share more details about where you’re inserting the image? Is it in the post/page editor, or in the Site Editor? And are you trying to place it inside of any other blocks?

    Sometimes the alignment settings are contextual, and are designed not to show up when they’ll have no visible effect.
