Change the day/week for a monthly by day repetition

  • I am using the free version to assist a local parish council and want to ent an event which occurs every third Wednesday of the month. When I use the period drop down it only offers me the third monday of each month. I can find nothing in the documentation about how I add other options.
    Is it possible to add other options?

    The date of the month is driven by whatever the first date entered is. So, if you set the date of the event on Wednesday January 19th (the 3rd Wednesday of January), then successive repetitions will match that pattern. The date you enter in the repetition should just be any date after the last occurrence of the recurring event.

    The drop down is just illustrating which option is which – e.g., the third monday of the month as opposed to the 17th of every month, not specifically that you’d be picking Mondays.
