Customizer Screen Blank

  • After updating to WordPress 5.9, my customizer screen is now blank.

    I attempted to troubleshoot following the instructions including deactivating all plugins to see if this was causing an issue, clearing my cache, and deactivating my theme and then activating the parent theme. This made the issue worse as my site does not have menu options now.

    I don’t wish to troubleshoot further as I am worried this will only make it worse as I am very new to WordPress.
