I am using WP/LR on two sites, one located on a ‘shared host’ (BlueHost) and the other on a ‘virtual machine’ (DigitalOcean). Neither are working correctly.

Using the BlueHost site as an example, uploads from the Lightroom Publishing Service often crash with the following error.

I’ve looked at the PHP error logs, and see nothing related to this.

The results on the WordPress site are that the images seem to upload OK, and in this case one of the three, while uploaded, did not populate the folder structure (Real Media Library) as seen in this link. (the image at top is not in the folder)….the two that are, are out of sight at the bottom of the page.

I’ve tried many tactics to get this to work, including deleting everything, and starting fresh, with different names for folders, collections, etc.

Nothing seems to work. Everything seems to be up to date.

This has worked in the past, but I haven’t used it much in recent times. Now, I am trying to use it as the basis for my sync from Lightroom.

I’ve had an exchange with Matthias on the other forum about problems with the folder structure, which doesn’t seem evident on this site, but is on the other.

Thanks for any help with what direction I should go next.

    Hi @jgwalter930,

I’ve looked at the PHP error logs, and see nothing related to this.

There are currently no known errors in the plugin. However, another plugin could crash or generate errors. What are the errors you are getting during the execution of the plugin (during the upload)?

If you visit the “Organizer”, what do you see? Do you have the whole hierarchy of folders and collections?

In this case I am getting this error…. https://snipboard.io/AJFwju.jpg

Yes, in the Organizer, there is a folder hierarchy matching the Lightroom Publisher. The issue is with the uploads stalling and producing the error seen in the screenshot link above.

Not related to this instance, this error has appeared in the PHP error log on a couple of occasions.

    Hi,

Are we talking 1-1 as well? I feel like we might already be talking ??

This issue you have is weird, it looks like one day an image was removed but the meta about it wasn’t; well maybe that’s because of the timeouts…

Can you make sure your PHP Error Logs is clean (or just remember the last line), perform a Sync with WP/LR Sync, and check exactly if you have new errors and what kind of error? We need to make sure of what it is.
