The Final Siren

    It’s a news website for sports, in particular AFL (Australian Football League). I’m a journalism student and I think this would be a good way of getting exposure, continue to develop my writing skills and also the development of a sound portfolio.

    The site is in it’s infancy. I’m having some trouble at the moment where the main featured article isn’t supposed to be in its entirety on the home page but have just a lead paragraph then have a continue link to read the whole thing. I’m just not sure how to do that? It’s supposed to be like this.

    What do you all think of the overall design? Will it work as a sports news website?
