issue with variation selection (pro version)

    I am using the pro version and I created a ticket on your site, but haven’t got back feedback for some time now.

    I thought I would share my issue then here.

    It seems that I have compatibility issues with my theme (Blocksy Pro). I have problems with the variation selector behaviour. When the frequently bought items are added to cart, the plugin doesn’t apply the variation selection, it uses a different variation for variable products, than the selected item.

    Also, I don’t know why, but initially the thumbnails in the list were responsive to the variation selection. It changed the default image based on the default image for the selected variation.

    Can you please inform the team about this issue?

    First issue is caused by the blocksy theme. I tested it, if theme is different, this issue is not present.

    The secound one with the responsive thumbnail, seems like not theme related, changing theme not helped.

    I have the same problem adding a product variation to the cart, only in products with variations, no problem in single products. The problem is for anonymous users, logged users don’t have the problem.

    The error message is: “Please choose product options by visiting …”
