I have 1 main site with 2 subdirectory sites. I changed the name of the wordfence plugin using file manager but I am still unable to gain admin access to my site. The page in question is a sub directory but I have access to the main site which still has wordfence active.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @wphyp, thanks for getting in touch with us.

When you mention changing the name of the Wordfence plugin folder, but the main site still having Wordfence active, are these during the same timescale? Are you renaming a subdirectory site plugin folder rather than the main site’s Wordfence plugin folder or am I misunderstanding?

I don’t see a valid wp-login page in your link either, so has this page been hidden by using a plugin or is it accessed in a different way?

    Thanks,

    Peter.

First I renamed the I had to disable the subdirectory site plugin folder. However, I could not gain access to Wordfence to gain access to https://www.tryhypnosisnow.com/blog/wp-amin. I had to disable the site plugin folder for the main site tryhypnosisnow.c in order to regain admin access. I would like to continue using Wordfence if this issue is fixed.
