Redirected to Old Site after Completed Installation

I have used Duplicator dozens of times without issue, but I am now having the exact same issue as this support ticket (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/redirected-to-old-site-after-completed-installation/). However, there is nothing wrong with my wp-config.php file, as described in that ticket, and the siteurl and home entries in wp_options are correct as well

Is there anything I can provide to help diagnose this? Thanks!
