with wordpress 5.9 when clearing the cache of a page it generates an error, instead of staying on the same page it redirects to the backoffice, but it fails and forces me to reload the page properly, please update the plugin as soon as possible,

Being on the main client page, in the menu above, the lscache option appears to quickly clear the cache, an apparent error occurs that leads to the “backoffice” admin with failures…

please forgive my bluntness , what is the “main client page” ? you mean the wp-admin dashboard page ?

and what is the error message you see when it occurs ?

it will be great if you can do me a quick video clip to show it , makes it easier to understand how the steps are.

It is on the main page of the Home of the client area, not of the backoffice…

I attach a video in my Mega cloud, but once you see it let me know.

please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

and also please open the browser’ developer tool , and then trigger it again , see in the “network” list, if there is any broken request or error request, also check the console , see if it mentions any error.

I’m unable to find where i can clear cache in the WordPress version 5.9?
It is no where in the top part of the page or the side. Can you please assist me with this? as am having an issue in having the changes that i do in the backend reflecting on the website, therefore, resulting in confusion in whats being reflected on each one of the users screens.

WordPress 5.9 is not allowing our website to properly update content. In particular, when we are using templates or blocks that are not created using Gutenberg but just classic wordpress. It’s very frustrating.
