Japan map

It seems that in the current version of the maps, those islands are included in the Sakhalin region of Russia, in the Kuril Islands group. I understand they are disputed regions, which are tricky to handle.
The map files are provided by the amcharts library, I will report this to them. Can’t guarantee if/when a new version of Japan will be available, but we’ll try to find a solution.
If you need to add interactivity there, a quick workaround would be to use markers on those coordinates.
